How the Advanced Education Team Supports Our Schools

To ensure consistent quality and growth, La Dolce Vita’s Advanced Education Team conducts annual on-site training sessions in every key discipline—including barbering, hair color, cutting, style and texture, makeup, and skincare.

These immersive sessions are designed for all Learning Leaders at each campus, providing valuable opportunities to refine skills, exchange ideas, and complete their state-required continuing education hours. Each training not only reinforces the fundamentals but also introduces new techniques and creative approaches that help instructors inspire and educate with renewed passion and precision.

By supporting our Learning Leaders, the Advanced Education Team strengthens the entire La Dolce Vita community—ensuring that our students benefit from the most current, relevant, and empowering education available in the beauty field.

Meet the Core Education Team

The Core Team represents the foundation of La Dolce Vita’s educational excellence. These experts train all Learning Leaders in the essential systems that define our approach to barbering, color, cutting, makeup, skincare, and styling—as well as the unique culture that makes La Dolce Vita stand apart.

Core Team members lead ongoing trainings and workshops to equip Learning Leaders with the tools, teaching methods, and motivation needed to guide new students through the beginning stages of their journey—known as the Core Phase (the first 6–8 weeks of study).

During this period, Learning Leaders mentor and inspire Future Professionals as they develop essential technical and creative skills that become the building blocks for later success in the Adaptive and Creative phases of the program.
